My Experience

2007 - 2014

I developed my skills in sales, customer relations and management by working at the "Reserve de la Mala", Cap d'Ail from 2007 to 2014. I had the opportunity to be the general manager of the place for the last 3 years. I was managing a team of 20 people, up to 300 clients per day and also hosted weddings. In terms of performance, based on a seasonal profit (April to October) of around a million, I managed to generate a 11% rise in the last 2 years, after a decade of stability, with daily highs of + 30%.

2015

In 2015, it was time for me to learn new skills. As a "Maître d'Hôtel", I applied the requirements of international standards at the Hotel Fairmont, Monaco.

2016 - 2021

Following years in catering I joined a new venture with a friend of mine on his new PitStop project. There I developed new administrative skills there, I was able to use my acquired skills to develop a new business: Winestop (the cellar) and Shine Guard (innovative protective ceramic/silicon coating for home, industry, automotive…).

From a personal point of view, I am fortunate to have grown in Monaco, so I have solid relationships with both accomplished Professionals and younger entrepreneurs of my generation.

2022

In 2022, I became my own boss and founded "Hello Sarra" in order to offer you quality and customized services such as the sale of vintage wines, basket deliveries, mechanical repairs, car administration and more.
